Christmas Pizza Party - 29 October 2010

 

Dear All

We are looking to arrange a Christmas party for all the boys, nothing huge, just a get together in December for some food and drink. We have enquired at the Pizza Hut in Eastbourne, Lottbridge Drove and they are happy to accommodate all our lads along with 6 adults for supervision. The costs are as follows:
£4.99 per child, this includes pizza, unlimited dessert and drink.
Any adult’s meals will be priced from the menu.
We are looking at Saturday 4th December at 1pm. There is no match that day so should work out ok.
If you would like your son to attend then please let us know by Saturday 30th October as we will need to book tables. Once we have booked we can confirm time and date.
